Baltimore, MD  ─ Under Armour, Inc. (NYSE: UA) and Corrigan Sports Enterprises, Inc. announced the addition of the Junior College (JUCO) Elite Tryouts and Showcase to the 2014 Under Armour All-America Lacrosse Classic. The JUCO Elite Showcase will take place at the Under Armour All-America Lacrosse Classic event weekend, on Friday July 11th in Johnny Unitas Stadium on the campus of Towson University.

Tryouts will be held in three separate regions, in which 24 players will be selected per region as Under Armour JUCO Elite. Just like the Under Armour Underclass Tryouts and Tournament, the Under Armour JUCO Elite tryouts promise to attract college coaches from every division searching for that diamond in the rough!

Three teams (North, Metro, South) will compete at the JUCO Elite Showcase on Under Armour All-America weekend in Baltimore July 11-13. Each team will play two games on the evening of July 11th. College coaches will flock to the event.

The tryouts are open to players who have just graduated, are currently enrolled or entering a two-year Junior College. Players will be judged by a panel of knowledgeable sources including coaching experts from that region. Each team will consist of a maximum of 24 players and will be chosen based on position and their performance at that day’s tryout.
College Coaches from DI, DII & DIII lacrosse programs will be invited to attend both the regional tryouts as well as the games in Baltimore. All participants will receive an Under Armour tryout pinnie at check-in. Players that make the final rosters will also receive an Under Armour gear package and a ticket to the All-American game on July 12th.

The Under Armour All-America Lacrosse Classic also includes the Underclassmen Elite Stars tournament that will feature the top underclass boys and girls players from the classes of 2015-2017 from 10 regions across the country. The three-day Elite Stars tournament culminates Sunday, July 13 with the girls and boys finals at 3:30PM on the fields surrounding Unitas Stadium.
