The Head

The lightweight, compact design of the Nike Lakota provides a narrow channel for unbelievable control over the ball. The reinforced lower sidewall offers increased stiffness making the game play of the Lakota very consistent. From offense to defense, the Lakota will stand up to the test making it the optimal choice for attackmen and two-way midfielders. Since joining the Nike team, the Thompson brothers have made the Lakota their go-to head to complement their versatile playing styles.

This head comes in a U Spec meaning it is legal for all levels of play.

The Pocket

The mid to low pocket on the Lakota was designed by Connor Wilson from Lacrosse All Stars. It is paired with a tight channel and shooting string sitting right on the release point, which creates a powerful head for any position on the field. Wide enough for LSMs, tight enough for dodgers and shooters, this pocket has a little whip and a whole lot of power.

The Mesh

New Tri-Twist fibers give Type 4 the perfect amount of texture and elasticity. Experience more feel and control than ever before. The channel of Type 4 has a slightly thinner construction than the outer rails. This creates a pocket that reacts to your play to keep the ball right where you want it. Type 4 is our thinnest and lightest mesh yet. It forms a versatile, responsive pocket for better ball control and increases head speed for more powerful shots. StringKing spent over 2 years working on Type 4, rebuilding our manufacturing from the ground up. The result is the most advanced and highest-performing mesh money can buy.

It will take a few days to string your Lakota so please expect to receive your new stick within 5-7 business days. When you receive it, take some pictures and let us know what you think by tagging @lacrossedotcom and using #lacrossedotcom on Instagram or Twitter.
