LACROSSE.COM follows a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with an item's fit or performance, simply return it for an exchange or merchandise refund. To return an item, use the returns section from your invoice. If you no longer have your invoice, you can use a sheet of paper, but be sure to include all relevant contact information. Send your package back via UPS or insured US Mail, and keep your record of the shipment. We can not accept responsibility for returns packages lost in the mail and we do not accept packages sent C.O.D. We offer free ground shipping on exchange items. An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a "backorder." When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders. In regards to an international order, we can only ship one package per international order. If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on backorder, we cannot ship the in-stock items until the backordered items become available. If you want to receive your in-stock items right away, you must remove the backordered items from your order and re-order them when they are in-stock.
All orders from LACROSSE.COM are processed between 8:00AM and 4:00PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. As long as we receive your order within our processing time and the items that you order are in stock, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Regular ground shipping takes from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the continental U.S.)

Lacrosse.com is committed to delivering all footwear to our customers within two business days within the United States. Orders placed before 4 p.m. Eastern will be delivered within two business days, and does not include delivery on the weekends. Standard shipping rates apply. Two-Day shipping upgrade on footwear can be combined with other shipping offers.
Any drop-ship or special order footwear items are not eligible for this offer. Any footwear that is taking pre-orders or is currently on back-order will ship via Two-Day shipping once the item is received in the warehouse. Footwear that is customized will ship via Two-Day shipping once the customization process is complete.

You can also order Express Shipping for an additional $21.50 onto the Regular Ground shipping rate and have your items delivered the next business day, provided that we receive your order before 4 p.m. (EST).
