  3. Competitor's item must be in stock and ready to ship.
  4. Price guarantee is only applicable on single-item pricing.
  5. Competitor's price must not be a sale or promotional price.
  6. Price guarantee only applies to online retailers.
  7. Price guarantee does not apply to auction/discount sites.
  8. Refund is issued to original form of payment.
