i got the verdict x about a year ago for my d-pole. now it is one of my most favorite heads in lacrosse! if you string this right you will b able to throw and catch perfectly. id recommend it for defense because it is so strong. it is a fantastic head for a cheap price. BUY IT NOW!!!!!
