We do not collect any of your personal information unless you provide it to us. Any information that you provide to us will only be used to better serve your needs and to make your shopping experience more complete. We follow this policy not just because it is the law, but because we believe that it is the right thing to do.

NO RISK RETURN POLICY
Great Atlantic follows a no risk return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with an item's fit or performance, simply return it for an exchange or merchandise refund. To return an item, use the returns section from your invoice. If you no longer have your invoice, you can use a sheet of paper, but be sure to include all relevant contact information. Send your package back via UPS or insured US Mail, and keep your record of the shipment. We can not accept responsibility for returns packages lost in the mail and we do not accept packages sent C.O.D. We offer free ground shipping on exchange items. Our #1 goal is your complete satisfaction and we guarantee it!
BACKORDER POLICY
An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a "backorder." When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders. In regards to an international order, we can only ship one package per international order. If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on backorder, we cannot ship the in-stock items until the backordered items become available. If you want to receive your in-stock items right away, you must remove the backordered items from your order and re-order them when they are in-stock.
STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY
All orders from LACROSSE.COM are processed between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. As long as we receive your order within our processing time and the items that you order are in stock, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Regular ground shipping takes from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the continental U.S.)

You can upgrade to Express 2 Day Shipping for an additional $8.99 onto the Regular Ground shipping rate and have your items delivered within two business days, provided that we receive your order before 4 p.m. (EST).

Express SHIPPING POLICY
You can also order Express Shipping for an additional $14.99 onto the Regular Ground shipping rate and have your items delivered the next business day, provided that we receive your order before 4 p.m. (EST).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY
International customers will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your Great Atlantic Lacrosse Company merchandise and shipping charges.

SIZING INFORMATION
We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. One of the ways that we ensure that is through providing you with detailed information on an item's fit and construction before you buy it. Our goal is to help you can make the correct decision on what particular size you should order. If you are unsure about your size, simply use your measurements and compare them to the sizing charts that we provide to determine the correct size.
We also offer No Risk Returns on our products, so if you do happen to purchase the wrong size you may simply return the item for an exchange or refund!
