Great Atlantic Mikey Powell Glove Contest Official Rules
(May 1, 2008 – May 31, 2008)
WHO MAY PARTICIPATE:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN; PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
Employees, directors, members, officers, any one personally affiliated with the directors, officers and employees of Sports Endeavors, Inc. ("Great Atlantic"), Warrior or their immediate families and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising, promotional agencies, and persons domiciled with any of the above are not eligible to win any prizes. Further, Sports Endeavors, Inc. suppliers and distributors are not eligible to win a prize. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Offer void where prohibited.
NATURE OF CONTEST:
One winner will receive a pair of "Brine Mikey Powell MPreeze Exodus II" 13 inch Lacrosse Gloves autographed by Mikey Powell. All shipping, taxes and service charges included.

All entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm on May 31, 2008. Entries received after that date will be ineligible to win. Limit one entry per person. All entries must be received by the applicable deadline to be eligible to win the prize. In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be required to provide Sports Endeavors, Inc. with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.
The winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries, to be held at 431 US Highway, 70 A East, Hillsborough, NC 27278 on or before June 15, 2008. The winner will be notified by United States mail return receipt requested within seven (7) days of drawing. To claim a prize, winners should follow the instructions contained in their notification.
GENERAL RELEASE:
By entering the Contest, the Winner releases Sports Endeavors Inc., any participating Sports Endeavors Inc. sponsors and any of their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
Sports Endeavors, Inc, all participating Sports Endeavors Inc. sponsor and any of their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sports Endeavors, Inc. or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials.
By accepting the prize, winner and guest consent to the use of their name, photo, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes by Sports Endeavors, Inc. without further compensation, except where prohibited.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Sports Endeavors, Inc., and their participating Sports Endeavors Inc. sponsors will not be responsible for any claims, liabilities, repairs or damages arising out of or in conjunction with the services, merchandise or other benefits obtained by the winner of this contest. By submitting an entry to this contest, entrant assumes all risk of harm to themselves and others and agrees to indemnify all media partners and participating Sports Endeavors Inc. sponsors for any loss, damage or injury to the entrant or other participants in the contest. The entrant also agrees to allow his/her name, voice and likeness to be used by Sports Endeavors, Inc., for publicity purposes.
AFFIDAVIT & RELEASE:
As a condition of being awarded any prize the winner, or an authorized representative of the winner, will be required to execute and deliver to Sports Endeavors, Inc. a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability.
Any tax, licensing, registration fees, or additional expenses incurred as a result of this prize package are the responsibility of the winner.
Prizes may not be substituted or exchanged for cash.
Sports Endeavors Inc. reserves the right to award additional prizes throughout the contest.
Any rule changes after the contest begins must not disadvantage contest participants and must be announced promptly and conspicuously.

MISCELLANEOUS:
The Contest and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of North Carolina. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sports Endeavors, Inc., which are final and binding in all respects. Sports Endeavors, Inc reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in their sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Contest or any entrant's participation in the Contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sports Endeavors Inc´s control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Contest or Sports Endeavors Inc. otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Contest as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Contest or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sports Endeavors Inc., the Contest or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Sports Endeavors Inc. sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Contest. Sports Endeavors Inc. reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Contest.
